Pediatrics co-leadership
Two equal roles own the pediatric domain together. Neither reports to the other: one asks what a student needs to understand to think safely about children, the other asks whether the student can use it when a child is deteriorating. Subspecialty contributors sit beneath both.
Pediatrics Curriculum & Clinical Content Lead

Leads the development of WardSpace's pediatric curriculum, ensuring that pediatric presentations, conditions, ward care, growth, development, newborn medicine, adolescent medicine and specialty content are accurate, cohesive, and designed around age-specific clinical reasoning rather than adult content relabelled.

Pediatric Cases, Acute Care & Simulation Lead

Leads WardSpace's pediatric case and simulation experiences, including longitudinal ward cases, acute deterioration, pediatric emergencies, newborn scenarios, call-shift simulations, caregiver interactions inside cases, and the interactive clinical decision-making that makes pediatric knowledge usable when a child's condition is evolving.
